 6th January 2021

 Dear Berth-holders,

Following on from the recent Government announcement again placing England in a National lockdown, we must request that all of our customers follow the government guidance.

Unfortunately, it would seem that at present there is currently no specific clear guidance relating to Marina operations and we are working with the various governing bodies and the local MP Mr Maynard to gain some further information and clarity on the situation.

Until this point and in line with the Government guidance the Marina office will be manned remotely, this to avoid staff traveling unnecessarily. The Marina operations including housekeeping, maintenance, lock operations and lifting will continue as normal as these tasks cannot be carried out remotely.

As within previous lockdowns visitors and overnight stays will not be permitted. Where your vessel is your permanent place of residency, live on boards can continue.

Once we have received further information or clarification on the matter we will update accordingly.

 Regards

  Port Manager
